Mountainview PA is seeking a remote Speech Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants in accordance with state practices and facility policies. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Speech Language Therapy, hold a valid state license, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Summary

  • Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral.
  • Develop effective treatment plan and obtain approval for services from referring physician.
  • Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes, recertification documentation, per Speech and Language Pathologist in the Board State Practice Act and governmental and third party payer requirements.
