The Part-Time Diesel Technician is responsible for the safe, timely repair, and maintenance of heavy-duty transit vehicles, passenger vehicles, and other fleet vehicles used in transporting passengers to specific destinations within the City of Fayetteville Arkansas.

Key Requirements

Diesel Truck Technician certification or equivalent military training
Five years of vehicle maintenance experience
Associate's degree or advanced technical training preferred
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred
ASE Certification preferred
One year heavy truck/transit maintenance experience preferred
