Job Summary
Demonstrates thorough working knowledge of instruments/equipment in the department and is able to provide troubleshooting guidance to staff to resolve complex instrument and equipment problems.
Coordinates the timely development and completion of training materials and checklists, seeking and promoting expertise in the department and across sites to ensure a consistent approach to training.
Initiates revisions to SOPs or writes new SOPs to reflect current processes that ensure compliance, coordinating with other departments and sites to ensure timely completion of SOPs and resolving obstacles where needed.
