Job Summary
The Dietary Aide assists in the preparation and service of meals to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include setting up meal trays, assisting with meal service, clearing and stripping returned trays, washing dishes, operating dishwashing equipment, and preparing nourishments.
The role involves maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dietary areas, proper disposal of trash, storing groceries, and cleaning work surfaces and refrigerators.
