Job Summary

  • This role executes and helps shape the strategic direction of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform, focusing on simplifying processes and improving service delivery.
  • You will own HRSD user stories and requirements from intake through delivery, translating HR needs into functional designs and partnering with HR COEs, HR Operations, and Technology teams.
