  • The coordinator facilitates acceptance or refusal of donor organs, coordinates organ recovery, and communicates effectively and sensitively with patients receiving the organs.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Four (4) years of nursing experience
  • Current Arkansas State Board of Nursing License
  • Ability to obtain National Certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Sound knowledge base of UNOS policy and CMS regulatory requirements
