  • Contribute to commercial and market‑facing activities with real ownership , including commercial proposal drafting , leading parts of alliance initiatives with technology partners (Workday, SAP, Oracle), such as running demonstrations , proposing thought leadership ideas , events, and internal knowledge assets.

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or IT Management
  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience in HR and HRIS
  • Hands-on exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English and French
