Key Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • SPHR/SHRM certification preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in Human Resources managing personnel
  • Minimum 2 years' experience Recruiting
  • Prior experience in Healthcare required
  • Prior experience with ATS systems required
  • Strong public speaking and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
