The Applications Development Technology Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team.
Define and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for AML/KYC platforms within Wealth Tech, aligning with overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Allocate work, and act as an advisor and coach for developers, analysts, and new team members.
