Job Summary

• Serve as an active member and participant on the Country TA Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team, ensuring alignment and optimization of strategy and execution across all Country TA Field Medical Affairs Teams.
• Establish standardized operating model, capturing and instilling best practices across field councils to optimize USMA execution.
• The salary range for this role is $210,400.00 - $331,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, and a comprehensive package of benefits.

Key Requirements

• Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree
• Minimum 5 years field medical affairs experience
• Minimum 2 years in HQ role or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working in oncology
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, strategic, tactical planning, project leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle demanding and changing workload
• Ability to work across a diverse portfolio
• Ability to effectively communicate information to internal and external stakeholders
• Business acumen with superior understanding of pharmaceutical industry and healthcare arena
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional matrix teams
• Proven track record of contribution to medical and scientific development strategies
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Suite
