Job Summary
Independently manage small capital projects end-to-end while supporting Senior Project Managers with furniture and equipment on priority initiatives.
Serve as a key liaison between contracted vendors, consultants, and UCLA Health clients, coordinating design, construction, FF&E procurement, regulatory compliance, and move planning.
Navigate plan check and back-check processes through Campus Building Official and HCAI (OSHPD) approval, and manage all associated documentation and inspector visits.
