  • Our Operations Quality Team assures product and process quality with an emphasis on Product Compliance, Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement.
  • We are currently seeking a seasoned professional for our Operation Quality Director position.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM and 14 years of Quality or Engineering Experience
  • Demonstrated experience with DMCA and MDA representatives
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex situations
  • Expertise to articulate complex issues
  • Experience driving key production metrics
  • Capability to communicate critical factory issues
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
