Job Summary

• The CAO is accountable for vendor relationships and financial planning for vendor management, headcount management, as well as central reporting & governance of CODIS strategic programs.
• Manage the financial health of the organization while responding to new challenges, including developing the annual budget and forecasts (eg: expense and headcount), managing vendor engagements (eg: contract negotiation, RFPs), and managing the hiring pipeline (eg: prioritization, approvals).

Base: $120,000 - $173,000 (NY); $93,000 - $140,000 (MD); Bonus/Equity: Discretionary incentive compensation award; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
