Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected violations of privacy policies to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medical preparation while maintaining strict adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols.
