Job Summary

• The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for directing all activities of the beverage department, including monthly inventory, coordination of beverage movement, and overall operational and financial responsibility.
• Key responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits, as well as developing drink menus and instituting beverage training.
• The role requires the ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, possess excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, and make quick and accurate decisions.
