  • Lead and oversee technical R&D activities for both internal and external pharmaceutical projects, identifying and solving complex formulation, analytical, and process-related problems.
  • Manage, train, and coach scientific staff, aligning resources, driving accountability, and fostering high-performance team collaboration.
