Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Visual dimensional and functional inspections
  • Use of calipers pin gages optical comparators
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices GMP
  • Understanding of GD&T and ISO9001/ISO13485
  • Experience with Oracle Quality modules

Nice-to-have

  • IPC certification preferred
  • Associate's degree in inspection field
  • Ability to train other personnel
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • 1 year experience as Quality Inspector or 2 years related manufacturing inspection
  • Understanding of sampling plans and engineering drawings
