Job Summary

  • Mission of R&D System Engineering Consumer Process Development team is to secure quality at production start, develop BCMA methods and tools to enable a standardized, defect-free green tire and TAM process design.
  • You will be responsible for Green process design for the assigned REP lines, leveraging on BCMA standards and tools and Solution of quality issues through PDCA analysis and countermeasures before release assigned products in production.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of new models and methods, leveraging on the data generated during industrialization in assigned plants.
