Job Summary

  • The Global Enterprise Solutions and Customer Success team guides customers in the end-to-end implementation of the Digital Lab, bundling leading software for laboratory instrumentation, electronic content management, workflow solutions, and operations.
  • This role is responsible for coordinating Solution Deployment and Engineering operations in the east sub-region of China, focusing on the period between order and go-live.
  • Responsibilities include translating China objectives into sub-regional plans, building collaboration with regional stakeholders, leading escalations, improving service scheduling, measuring performance, and coaching team members.
