Must-have
Cryogenic vehicle inspection and repair
HGV technician qualification NVQ Level 3
DVSA ADR PUWER LOLER compliance knowledge
Workshop supervision and team leadership
Electrical and pneumatic system diagnostics
Nice-to-have
ADR licence advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence HGV Class 1
Experience with fleet management systems
Root cause analysis skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Key Requirements
Qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Previous experience as Workshop Supervisor or Foreman
Full UK Driving Licence required
Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation
