Job Summary

• Support the Poland Industrial Gases business by providing meaningful financial analysis, accurate reporting and planning, and general financial advice.
• Contribute to achieving Operating Plan targets through month-end close review, forecasting, and preparation of yearly Operating Plans.
• Provide proactive business support, including analysis on major projects, monitoring Capex, and facilitating cost control.

Key Requirements

• University degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or accounting
• Financial qualification (completed or in progress) is a distinctive advantage
• Prior business or finance partnering experience is an advantage
• Experience in FP&A function is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good systems knowledge (SAP, Analysis/BusinessWarehouse)
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• High degree of initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong communication skills
