  • Train and empower managers and employees in Lean/OPEX and conduct Schwarz Lean certifications.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Production Technology, Logistics or similar
  • Years of experience in production and project management
  • Proficient in Lean-Six Sigma and Shopfloor Management
  • Fluent English and C2 German
  • Willingness to travel and valid driver's license
