Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for architecting the foundational systems that power almost every capability Adobe ships, serving over ten thousand engineers and millions of third-party developers.
  • The successful candidate will own the end-to-end developer experience, from AI coding tools and API design to the plugin ecosystem, driving adoption metrics and strategic vision.
  • You will lead a world-class organization of 15–25 Product Managers while fostering a culture of relentless execution and rigorous technical thinking.

Salary

Base: $190,400 - $397,250 annually (US); California range: $255,500 - $397,250; Short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) and potential equity awards
