Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and medical tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The role requires frequent observation of resident conditions, accurate documentation of vitals and intake, and immediate reporting of any accidents or changes in health status.
