Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3D perception with LiDAR or stereo vision
  • Kinematics, dynamics, and control of manipulators
  • Motion planning using MoveIt or OMPL
  • Strong C++ programming skills
  • Python or Matlab scripting for prototyping
  • Linux development environment experience

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with reinforcement learning or imitation learning
  • Familiarity with Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or Mujoco simulation
  • Knowledge of visual/inertial odometry and SLAM
  • Real-time control and embedded systems expertise
  • Sensor calibration including hand-eye and multi-modal
  • CUDA programming for GPU acceleration

Key Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent
  • 1-3 years combined graduate academic and professional software development experience
  • M.S. or PhD is a bonus but not required
  • Successful pre-employment background check required
