• Lead and manage the Clinical Systems function, including application specialists and support resources, ensuring effective day-to-day operation, support, incident management, and change control for all clinical systems.
• Develop, own, and execute service improvement plans for all clinical systems, focused on clinical safety and quality, user experience, operational efficiency, and system performance.
