Design systems and processes with a scalable lens, anticipating future growth and automation opportunities, and conduct feasibility discussions.
Ensure all HR tech implementations are compliant with internal policies, statutory and regulatory requirements, data privacy requirements (e.g., DPDP Act), and appropriate risk controls.
