BMI Group is seeking a Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Team Lead in Vilnius, Lithuania to oversee the end-to-end L2C process, optimize revenue flow, and lead a team of accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in credit, collections, cash application, and reconciliation, coupled with strong leadership and financial acumen

Job Summary

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of junior to senior L2C accountants, managing workload distribution, conducting performance reviews, and driving a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
  • Monitor aged receivables and drive aggressive strategies to reduce DSO, leading high-value collections and collaborating with Legal and Sales to mitigate credit risks on high-stakes accounts.
  • Identify operational gaps and lead cross-functional projects to automate and standardize processes, maintaining 'audit-ready' documentation and ensuring internal controls are bulletproof.
