Must-have
Qualification and validation of equipment
Project management with cross-functional teams
Regulatory compliance and documentation control
Use of Microsoft Office and Minitab
Interpretation of technical engineering drawings
Application of safety and environmental standards
Nice-to-have
Leadership experience in projects
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools
Experience with pharmaceutical technology and packaging
Problem solving with root cause analysis
Participation in audits and corrective actions
Key Requirements
2 to 4 years experience in qualification/validation
English proficiency at B2 level (CEFR)
Knowledge of NOM-059-SSA1 and pharmaceutical manufacturing
Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
