Job Summary

• The Project QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) installations on the Greenbelt Project comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• The role involves preparing inspection and test plans, conducting site inspections, managing documentation, and ensuring all quality control processes are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• The engineer will coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, raise and close non-conformance reports, participate in audits, and support commissioning teams during system testing and final handover.
