Job Summary
The Business Operations Lead Assistant supports executives and senior leaders by managing complex calendars, coordinating office management, and assisting with administrative processes.
This role provides guidance and mentorship to other members of the Centralized Admin Network (CAN) and identifies process improvements for administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include calendar management, office management, meeting and event support, travel and expense management, and SharePoint coordination.
