Job Summary
Provide energetic and strategic quality leadership to the manufacturing site(s) assigned to ensure sites meet customer requirements while maintaining compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
Build and lead a high-performing Quality team, fostering company pride, and serve as the primary quality customer interface, ensuring transparent, timely and responsive communication.
Success will be measured through site participation in Integer Environmental, Health & Safety; achievement of goals and objectives including quality and delivery metrics, continuous improvement contributions, and associate engagement and development.

$150,750 - $221,100; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and stock awards for Director level and above; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with company matching, 80 hours paid holidays, and paid time off

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in quality engineering or related field
10+ years of experience
6+ years in management
Medical Device or regulated manufacturing experience
Expertise in 21CFR820, ISO13485, ISO9001, EU MDR
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
