Key Requirements
15-20 years leading projects in complex high rise/urban real estate
Minimum of 4-6 Project Managers and Project Coordinators supervised
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong working knowledge of architectural and construction drawings
Strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
