• The Account Technology Director (ATD) is a senior leadership role within the Work Dynamics Technology Enablement team, responsible for overseeing and implementing technology solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of account operations, and leverage data insights for assigned Work Dynamics accounts.
• Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing a technology strategy, managing the technology project portfolio, leading the design and implementation of technology solutions, championing the adoption of analytics and AI tools, and managing a team of technology professionals.
• This role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, strong team management skills, and a deep understanding of data analytics and insights, bridging the gap between technology solutions and business outcomes.
