Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
8-10 years experience in Operational Management or Project Engineering
5 years experience in a leadership role
Experience delivering projects in FMCG/related industry
Fluent in English
Familiar with Foods core processing and packing technology
Proven track record of managing engineering projects
Significant Project/Design Management experience
Deep knowledge/experience of Category Technologies
First-hand experience of capital projects in FMCG environment
Knowledge of Core Designs, hygiene & safety requirements for Foods process technologies
