  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and labor law matters to HR and business leaders, supporting managers in handling employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, litigation, resolving conflicts, and performance management challenges.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Law, or related field
  • At least 5+ years of HR experience
