Job Summary

  • This dual-role position serves as both the Organizational Development (OD) Leader for Hydro Extrusion North America (ENA) and the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Corporate Functions and above-plant employees.
  • The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness strategies.
