Job Summary

  • You will own the end-to-end cutover management lifecycle across multiple transformation program waves, driving readiness and execution globally.
  • The role requires leading complex Go-Live events across NALA, MEU, and AMEA regions with minimal business disruption and full stakeholder alignment.
  • This position sits within the Digital & Technology function and reports directly into the o9 Program Director / Delivery Lead.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Lead cutover management for large-scale ERP programs
  • Develop detailed cutover run books and war room execution
  • Manage global multi-region deployment across NALA MEU AMEA
  • Coordinate data migration and system interface cutovers
  • Facilitate go/no-go decision frameworks with stakeholders

Nice-to-have

  • Direct experience with o9 Solutions or SAP S/4HANA
  • Strong facilitation skills in high-stakes war room sessions
  • Familiarity with MDLZ or multinational CPG supply chain operations
  • Exposure to Agile and DevSecOps delivery models
  • Experience managing Trade Promotion Management transitions

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10-12 years of IT program delivery experience
  • 5-6 years dedicated cutover management or Go-Live lead role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related technical discipline
  • PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification highly desirable
  • Global travel required for dress rehearsals and live Go-Live events
