This leadership position is expected to effectively drive the overall performance of the store through the effective supervision, communication and coordination of the team members, directly impacting customer satisfaction and store profitability.
Key responsibilities include managing workforce productivity, holding team members accountable for compliance with sales, safety and security practices, and participating in floor walks with regional leadership to implement feedback.
