As a HR Direct Advisor, your role will be to understand the HR needs of our employees, managers and stakeholders by providing efficient, accurate, confident and professional advice and going above and beyond to provide an excellent experience.
The role supports employees and managers with their HR Policy, Workplace Relations, Pay and Navigational enquiries while fostering career development into broader HR roles.
