Job Summary
The Compliance Data Analyst is a key resource working to develop, validate, implement, govern, and manage Models, BI Reports/Dashboards, and other Analytical solutions to provide business insights, value, and recommendations with regards to BSA/AML/OFAC Compliance Technology Product Management subjects.
Administers and operates several production processes related to Data Quality Assurance for BSA Department technology products, including Data Quality Monitoring and Reporting, and Data Repair/Correction.

Base: $55,000 - $77,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible to earn an annual bonus; Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401k plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Key Requirements
3+ years experience in Data Analyst role
3+ years experience with SQL
3+ years experience with Data Visualization Tools (e.g PowerBI)
3+ years experience with Statistical Analysis Language (e.g. Python)
Master’s Degree or Candidacy Preferred in Quantitative Field
