• Oversees a team to ensure products are picked, packaged, and shipped to customers for delivery for a single shift, managing sorting and preparation processes.
• Manages unloading, receiving, hauling, and stocking of incoming inventory to avoid product backups for a single shift.
• Plans and manages budget, monitors team performance and productivity, and analyzes patterns for process improvement to enhance efficiency.

Salary

Base: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00; Bonus/Equity: annual or quarterly performance bonuses; Benefits: Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage.
