Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities, or related discipline
10+ years of experience in facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision
Data center engineering and design and/or operating experience
Demonstrated ability to lead teams
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Computer proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Excel
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
