Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain management
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environment strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
