Job Summary
Provide Production and Platform Support for Blue Prism, UiPath, Camunda, and Alteryx workflows, as well as VDI/Server Management and Digital Worker maintenance.
Responsible for Release Management ownership across DEV, INT, UAT, and PROD environments, automation enhancements, and reusable utility development.
Lead teams of support associates to deliver quality solutions on-time, drive command center operations for Major Incident resolution, and ensure performance, security, and reliability requirements are met.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
5 years of experience in IT managed services
3 years of experience in RPA DEV and Support
Proven expertise in Blue Prism and UiPath RPA tools, Camunda and Alteryx
Demonstrated Blue Prism developer and ITIL V4 Foundation Certification
Demonstrated experience in GITHUB, JIRA, RTC, SNOW, Cloud
Demonstrated experience in supporting derivative domain applications
