Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with applicable standards and policies.
The Maintenance Assistant performs routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work, while ensuring resident comfort and safety.
This role requires maintaining confidentiality of resident protected health information and reporting any suspected violations promptly.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10th grade education
Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions
