Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent
10+ years in manufacturing/production with progressive leadership responsibility
minimum 3–5 years leadership experience in regulated manufacturing
deep working knowledge of GMP, SOPs, traceability, validation and audit expectations
