Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years HR experience
  • At least 3 years core C&B experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Legal, Economics or Finance
  • Strong knowledge of C&B challenges
  • In-depth knowledge of C&B regulations Eastern Europe
  • Experience with Polish benefits programs
  • Proficiency in English and Polish
