Job Summary

  • Manage global DDQ and RFP requests from institutional clients and prospects across all Interactive Brokers entities, coordinating with internal stakeholders for timely and accurate responses.
  • Lead the build-out and implementation of the RocketDocs database platform, developing and maintaining a comprehensive library of standardized responses and supporting documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline DDQ/RFP processes, improve response times, and develop standardized templates, workflows, and procedures to enhance competitive positioning.
