Job Summary

  • As an LPN on our Adams team, you will deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care, work collaboratively with RN Case Managers, and practice at the top of your license.
  • This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with an average of 6-7 visits per day, dedicated time for documentation, and no hospital shift chaos, overnight rotations, or weekends.
